Delivery and Returns
RETURNS/ REFUNDS:
We hope you are pleased with your purchase but should you wish to return it, please affix the free returns label included in your order. We will be happy to process the refund of the purchase price paid for your item providing it is in the same condition as when purchased, provided it is received by us within 21 days of date of purchase, and provided the Susan Caplan packaging is not damaged.
Please ensure that it is packaged well as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred in the return of the goods. Refunds can only be made to the original card holder of purchase. We will refund the purchase price paid by you but not the original delivery charges. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of post earrings for pierced ears.
Return instructions will be included with your purchase. All relevant forms must be filled in accurately before a refund can be applied.
You can return your item at any Post Office. Please remember to obtain a Certificate of Posting as proof of posting. Alternatively your item can be collected from your address by arranging a collection through ...
For International returns please mark your item on customs form as returned item and please be aware that any charges incurred on return to A Stone's Desire, will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days of our receipt of your item and astonesdesire.com will send you an email to let you know that we have received it and are processing the payment. After you have received this email, please allow a further 5-8 days before your account is credited.
astonesdesire.com cannot be held responsible for any items or products lost or damaged in transit. All such items or products are at your risk.
